Any of the terms & conditions below may be updated, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice by AirportTransferCanada.com.
These terms and conditions (the "Terms"), together with your Booking made in accordance with these Terms, constitute a contract for the Services between you and the Transport Service Provider, entered into by you and by us acting as an agent on behalf of the Transport Service Provider. We are not responsible for, and shall have no liability in respect of, any acts or omissions of the Transport Service Provider, including (without limitation) any delays, failures, or other disruptions to the Services caused by the Transport Service Provider.
By accessing, browsing, and using our website and completing a reservation, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions (including our Privacy Policy).
Booking Conditions
- All bookings must be made at least 5 hours in advance of the scheduled transfer service.
- For bookings required in under 5 hours, please email us at info@airporttransfercanada.com or call us at +1-647-616-8467.
- Once you receive confirmation, follow the instructions to complete the payment.
- If a booking includes multiple passengers and you are booking on their behalf, you accept the Terms on behalf of all parties.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to make a booking.
Booking Confirmation & Vouchers
- Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Please check the details carefully. If there are any discrepancies, notify AirportTransferCanada.com immediately. We are not liable for errors not reported in time.
- Drivers may refuse service if you cannot present a valid confirmation voucher.
Pricing & Payment
- Fare depends on pickup/drop-off location, number of passengers, and selected vehicle type.
- AirportTransferCanada.com reserves the right to charge the fare difference or cancel the service in case of incorrect booking details.
- Prices are per vehicle, not per passenger. Please indicate the number of adults, children, and infants.
- We recommend bringing your own child seat. Availability and quality of baby seats cannot be guaranteed.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT where required).
- Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may change without notice if booking is not confirmed.
- Payment is accepted via secure online options or in advance, as agreed. Notify us in advance if you prefer cash payment.
Contract Formation
- Clicking "Book Now" constitutes an offer to purchase services from the Transport Service Provider.
- The contract becomes valid when your payment is processed and you receive confirmation.
- All bookings and services are subject to local laws of the country or province in which the journey occurs.
Special Requests & Amendments
- Notify us of any special requests at least 2 business days in advance via email or phone.
- Any extra costs will be communicated by our support team.
- For changes, cancel the original booking and submit a new request.
- Name/passenger detail changes up to 2 days before pickup are free of charge.
Complaints & Customer Support
- Please report complaints as soon as possible to our customer support team at info@airporttransfercanada.com.
Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)
Events such as strikes, natural disasters, extreme weather, accidents, airport closures, or unforeseen technical issues may be considered Force Majeure. We and the Transport Service Provider are not liable for delays or cancellations due to such events.
- If a Force Majeure event persists within 2 business days of your pickup, we may cancel your booking with 24 hours’ notice and issue a full refund.
- In the case of vehicle breakdown, the Transport Provider will make reasonable efforts to complete your journey.
Our Obligations
- We will provide the service you booked or arrange an alternative of equal or better quality.
- Emergency contact information will be sent at least 24 hours before your pickup.

Your Obligations
- Provide complete and accurate information (pickup, drop-off, flight times, etc.).
- Be ready at the pickup location at the confirmed time.
- Ensure your phone is reachable at the time of pickup.
- Passengers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Ensure all passengers are fit to travel.
- Select the appropriate vehicle based on your group size and luggage.
- You are responsible for all passengers complying with these Terms.

Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel a booking between 2 to 48 hours before the pickup time, depending on the provider.
- Cancel via email, phone, or using the cancellation function on our website.
- If you cancel outside the allowable timeframe, the full fare may still apply.
- In case of provider-related issues, we will do our best to find an alternative, but it may not always be possible.
- If we cancel a booking within 48 hours of pickup, we will refund all pre-paid amounts.
Refund Policy
- If the driver/vehicle is not at the pickup location on time and the journey is not completed (unless caused by Force Majeure or passenger fault), you may request a refund.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the scheduled pickup by emailing info@airporttransfercanada.com.
- Include your booking reference and full explanation.
- Processing may take up to 14 working days due to provider verification.
- If approved, refunds are issued within 3 business days.

Definitions
- Booking: The reservation made for a transfer service
- You/Your: The customer making the booking
- Driver: The individual assigned to operate the vehicle for the transfer
- Pickup Location: The agreed location for the driver to collect passengers
- Drop-off Location: The destination location as per the booking
- Pickup Time: Local time at which the journey begins
- Journey: The route and transfer between pickup and drop-off
